Ho my.. I know it might be a bit sad but I'm a wee bit more excited about owning a Holga camera than a Nikon.
I absolutely love the Nikon and its super quality, but there is something so cool and easy about the Holga.. point and shoot.. you dont even need to look at where you shoot. That's their thing! Spontaneity, no advance manual reading and tech stuff before shooting.. just press the button,, hehe,, so we have 2 ends of spectrums. I wonder which one will win the Pioneer Unit CD cover as I get better results with the Holga type... but then the shot is quite composed so the cleanliness of a SLR might work better. Will post both results,, Exciting!!

I'm shooting the new Pioneer Unit album "Planetary Assault" this Saturday.

I'm looking for a plan B warehouse / storage space with loads of boxes to do the shoot, Saturday 17th from 3 to 7pm.
If anybody has come across a place similar to this one in Cape Town:

Sharpening

Here is the first photo of the shoot, featuring Ben Sharpa, the sharpest knife in the drawer" and used on the Pioneer Unit site :) (I guess it's time to get with the directing programme then!)

We shot this at the back office of Mercury Live (thanks Kevin!). Will post more as they get out of post-prod,,

Planning next shoot for the Planetary Assault album cover and flyer for the launch party as well as some beauty shots with various rappers.
